Before I became pregnant I knew I wanted a natural water birth at home. We were delighted to fall pregnant and were so happy to find Independent midwives in the south west.

Mandy was my main carer through my pregnancy and labour and I could not have been blessed with a more caring and competent midwife!Mandy answered all our questions and was a constant encouragement!

We had Scarlet our first in less than 6 hours with her literally flying out in the bath! Scarlet came in to the world peacefully and has continued to be a joy! My labour has brought my husband and I closer than we could ever imagine and the arrival of Scarlet will be a moment we will never forget! We owe this entirely to our midwives who made us believe we were strong enough and who allowed us to have the wonderful birth we had hoped for!
